Laptop theft is rife.
The reaslity is that laptop theft keeps goiing up despite the Police forces’ best efforts. Why?
Because laptops have a high resale value, even if they are stolen. They can be sold whole ot stripped down for parts. SO make sure you dont make it easy for laptop thieves. Look after your laptop. Dont carry it in an obvious laptop bag. Put it in a rucksack instead. The less it looks like a laptop the better.
Obviously also make sure you have good laptop insurance
